Within the past week, Buffalo, New York, received 7 feet of snow, which led to collapsing of roofs, roads closing, and at least 13 deaths. Warmer temperatures are expected from Saturday to Tuesday. Though warm weather is wanted, it will lead to floods, leaving the whole area under a flood watch. Buffalo, New York, will be expecting 5 to 6 feet of water. People that are trying to leave run into complications like driving bans in certain areas, being trapped inside due to the amounts of snow, and not being able to even get to their cars.
Even though it is not possible for some people to leave, I think that when the weather starts to warm up, there would be less snow, which would help people that are trying to evacuate.
What do you think could be done to help the people of Buffalo? What would you do if you were in that situation?

I think that they should be trying to air lift people out of there with helicopters, it would help a lot of people get out of there. I would have no clue how to get out of there. I would probably try and get out of the window on the second story of building considering the depth of the snow your fall would probably be somewhat cushioned. But it has to suck to be in snow that deep.
What they could do is have more people to volunteer to drive machinery and place sate and dig snow. I know I would try to help my family by digging out some snow from the roof and the sidewalks.

The people of Buffalo have already started to do that, and hopefully it keeps the number of deaths to a minimum. Good idea.
I think they need to get more trucks pushing snow and get more people out trying to unbury other cars and help clear snow from people homes so they can get out.
I would live on top of a hill so that way you won't go under water.

That's what some people want to do, but it's hard, especially for the situation they're in.
they need to get prepared for whatever is coming their way. If I lived there I would get out of that state for awhile.
