10 year old stabs his best friend , who is 12, in the chest. Killing his friend. How should he be punished?

A 10 year old? Geesh how could he do that?! He should be punished prettyh bad because killing, especially his best friend, is bad!

I think this kid needs help. He must have some mental issues i mean who kills their best friend?

I think he needs to be sent away and spend some time thinking about what he has done and then jail after words. I wonder why he killed his friend? Allan brought up a good point that i agree with also. Just because you are young doesnt mean you can get away with that. That will have an affect on his life forever.

I think he should be put in juvenile prison, because we don't need any thing else happening

I cant even believe a ten year old would stab someone. he should go to juvie for a while!

That's terrible. Why would someone stab their best friend? I think he should be sent to a placement or a crazy ward. He shouldn't be able to go to public schools. Who knows what he would do to kids he didn't get along with.. He's a dangerous kid.

juvenile hall untill 18 then jail. He killed a kid just because he is little doesnt mean hes going to get away with it people get life in jail for that.

i think he shouold be put away for a while. i wonder how he got a knife and why he stabbed his friend. i hope he gets put away for awhile.

He is facing murder and felony assault charges. He is scheduled for a hearing in juvenile court, I am sure he will end up spending a long time in juvenile prison.
