I've always contemplated writing a book about my website but it looks like now I won't have to. Check out the email I got today: Hello Mr. Bruns, We are preparing a book entitled The Best Web 2.0 Tools for Teaching and Learning in a Digital World for original publication by Libraries Unlimited, an imprint of ABC-Clio, LLC. Publication is tentatively scheduled for spring, 2010. The book is intended for school librarians and classroom teachers to help them effectively integrate Web 2.0 tools into the curriculum. Your website (Mr. Bruns Ning) is being shown as an example of a “best tool.” We would like to ask your permission to use the attached screenshot of your website to include in our book. The URL of the website will be cited so that readers can visit your website. Thank you. Sincerely, Pam Berger and Sally Trexler I have to say that I am deeply honored!
