i think that she did have the right to do it but she should have some punishment i think

I would have done the same thing. She is a parent! Of course she would do anything to protect her child. They came into her home and I believe she had the right to shoot the intruder who obviously was set out to harm her and/or her child.

i dont think she should of killeed the intruder. i realize that she wanted to be safe for her and her kid but she coukld of hit them and the fact that the cops let her get away with it is just stupid
