To start off the season for the Jets, they lost their first game Sunday September 8 to the Bills, 17-16. Later that week, Quarterback Sam Darnolds came down with mono. The recovery time for mono is two months with the minimum amount of rest, so he could be out even longer. This brings his return to the middle of November. Starting off week two, The Jets took on the Browns with their backup quarterback, Trevor Siemian. During the first half, Trevor was taken out of the game with an ankle injury. He suffered from torn ligaments after being taken down by the Browns defensive end, Myles Garret. This ended the season for Trevor, and he will have to get surgery on his ankle. With this, brings luke falk in as their new quarterback.
With Sam Darnold and Trevor Siemian out, do you think they will have any luck making it to playoffs?
I do not think they will make it to the playoffs, they'll be lucky if they even win a game.
Do you think the Jets will have any luck with their third-string quarterback, Luke falks?
They will play the games but they will not be near as competitive as if Sam Darnold was playing.

Since Sam Darnold is out with mono i do not think that the jets will make the playoffs at all as if you look at their schedule they play alot of tough teams they will be lucky if they win one game this season without Sam.
I think that they will have some but not alot of luck with Luke Falks yes they may come close to winning games but i don't think they will win any games.
I agree on them not making the playoffs,but just because they are playing tough teams doesn't mean they'll automatically lose the game.
I dont think they will have anyluck when there two best player out for the reat of the year so no. No becouse they lost the 1st string and the 2nd string so they wont have any luck and he has not played that much in a nfl game.
I agree on them not having luck to do as good as they could if they had Samuel, but as I read about this the head coach of the jets said they don't need to worry. They also said that he is dangerous on the offensive side.
I think probally not because then if they already have their to best players ingured then they proballly wouldn't have a chance of making it to the play offs. They should have some luck but its also depending on how well the team and the new quarter back palys it out.
I agree, because with two of their players out, is lowering their chances to have a good season.
1. I personally feel like they will still have a decent season because everyone in the NFL is there for a reason there all great at football and they all know how to play the game.
2. Like I said in the 1st comment, I feel that there thrid string is still going to be good. Just think if he wasnt good he wouldnt be on the team, and who knows maybe he will step-up and became there new star-player.
I agree on te chance to have an alright season, because anything can happen. but knowing that their 1st and 2nd string is out for the season, might lead to a lower chance of making it to the playoffs because Luke Falk probably doesn't have enough experience with the players like Sam Darnold and Trever Siemian do.
No I do not think they will make it to the playoffs because he just is not very good. Also no the third-string is just a last resort for a team. If Luke does something I will be very suprised.
