16 hours after they began interrogating Dzhokhar Tsarnaev he went silent after his Miranda rights were read to him. Tsarnaev told FBI agents that "they were angry about the U.S. wars in Afghanistan and Iraq and the killing of Muslims there." Tamerlan Tsarnaev spent 6 months in Russia's Caucasus region in 2012 and authorities are looking into whether he was influenced by the religious extremist who have waged a insurgency against Russian forces in the area for years.

So can they use the evidence against him for tesitomony because they didn't read the rights? Either way he is gonna get punished due to the evidence from the video and pictures. At least the families of the victims have an answer to why now.
