Died of heart issues a 69 year old Nevada man, has over 7 million dollars in gold in his garage! The funny thing is he only had $200 in the bank. He was about to clear his house for sale when he died. The article below states that he never went to the doctor he was to afraid of getting diseases from needles.

This is crazy that this guy had this much money in gold in his garage! I wonder what is going to happen to all the gold. Hopefully it goes to a good cause.
wow, he had 7 million dollars in gold his garage! Did he not trust banks either? in a few years all that gold could be worth a lot more valuable as gold prices only get higher.
A lot of old people are very superstitious, he probably didn't trust the bank with his money and wanted his family to have it. I'm guessing he was superstitious because of the not trusting the doctors thing.
I think that the fate of the money should be decided by his next of kin. It is not uncommon for older people of our grandparents generation to keep money hidden in their houses rather than putting it into a trust or bank account. This is because of the great depression that their parents and even some of them experienced. The great depression gave them a very large distrust in the U.s governments ability to keep their money safe.
That is very cool, and there must have been a lot on pounds of gold to get up to 7 million dollars. I think that the man also must have been a little crazy to think that the needles were diseased.
I wonder why he was keeping it in his garage and not the bank. And it was in gold! Where did he get the gold? I definitely would have kept it in a bank so it would be safe. What was he planning to do with that money? It's too bad that he didn't go to the doctor. Maybe he could've lived.
HOLY COW! that is alot of money i would love to be related to him and get some of that money.
WOW, thats very strange!! i would have certainly wanted to put the money in the bank and went a shopping spere! thats for sure! bu ti hate needles too, so i see where this man was coming from!!
I wonder how he got all that gold. Maybe he was a criminal when he was younger and stole all of that stuff, and just never got caught. He must of been a weird guy, because the neighbors didn't know him really, he was afraid of getting diseases from needles when they are perfectly safe, and he had seven million dollars worth of gold in his garage.
That is sad that he didn't do something with the gold before he died. You would think that a clue would be the mailbox is overflowing with mail. Unless you put your mail on hold, then you will continue to get mail. Maybe the mailman found him. If he only had one relative and the phone is disconnected, then what will happen with the money? I would hire an FBI and track her down. Like the guy said, it's a good thing they don't have a ton of relatives, but it is also sad.
