NFC Championship Rematch Saints vs Rams

On January 1st of 2019 the New Orleans Saints played the Los Angeles Rams for a spot to play in super bowl 53. The Saints were looking at a 3rd and 10 when the cornerback on the Rams pushed the Saints  widereciver and didn't get called for a pass interference there was 1;47 left in the 4th quarter when the play took place. The Rams went on to with the NFC championship. Week 2 of the 2019-2020 NFL season the Saints play in Los Angeles against the Rams for a NFC championship rematch.

Questions

1) Do you think that the Saints will win the rematch?

I think the Saints will win the rematch because now that you can challenge pass interference calls it will make the game more even.

2) Do you think that the Rams should of lost the NFC championship because the Saints were going to score the game winning touchdown?

I think that the Rams should have lost due to the Pass Interference call that was never called and the two teams continued to play which then would turn into the Rams winning in overtime.

  • Normanlly doing a post over a game isn't something I want but there was a huge controversy with this game last year so I think it was a fine topic. Be sure to capitalize key words in your title. You also didn't reply to anyone which is worth 20 points.

  • I don't know but it is really just dependent on the skill of the players and the way the work together. I think it might have changed the results but it is still just a guess it is still dependent on whether it would have been caught or not.

  • No because it in Los angeles and the Rams had a better week one and saints played on Monday so they will have shorter time to plan for the Rams. I think the Rams still should have one, yes it was obvisouly a pass inference call but that was one play. The Saints had their chances to win the game.

  • I think that yes if they are prepared and play hard that they could possibly win the game but i think it will be a good rematch. I think that yes they would have lost if the right call had of been made but i didnt really watch the game so i do not know.

  • I think that it just depends on each teams skills and how they practice/play to know which one will win. I do agree with you, because i do think they should've lost that game because they never got called on for the pass interference and they just continued with ignoring it.

  • No becouse they lost the game by alot they are not as good as there were last year. I think the saints so of won but they did not call it and it nice how they can go back and review it.

  • I think they will win the rematch because they will be mad about the pass interference call that wasn't made and will only fuel them to do better. I don't think that the rams would have lost, although it was a bad call, bad calls are part of the game sometimes you get calls your way other time you don't.

  • 1. I do not think that Saints will win it because of Drew Brees getting hurt with his thumb.

    2. I think they should have because I was watching the game and i was suprised he didn't get called for pass interference.

  • I think that the rams will win the rematch because they have the momentum from last years match up. I think the rams should've lost because it was a blown call by the refs which means the super bowl could've been a different outcome because it would've been a different matchup.

  • I think that the rams would have lost due to the pass intference call that was nevered called.A bad call doesn't mean that the other team should win, even if they were about to win, they still had not won yet. even if they went into overtime.
