A man with toy gun was shot in Flordia. He was an autistic man, age 57. Police got calls about a man having a guy. It was so real looking and when the man pointed it at the police shots were fired and he died. His sister said he didn't deserve to die that way. His neighbors and family said he was a gentle and had been in the neighborhood for 31+ years. People don't understand that the police are going to treat someone like that like it was a real gun. Also it was said that you knew something was up, like he had mental issues. It is interesting, what do you think about guns? They make them for kids and kids have a blast with them, pretending they are shooting animals etc. My nephews have toy guns, and they are taught not to point at people, but to pretend and point at an animal. What do you think? I understand where the police are coming from, but it is sad to think that someone like him would be shot. I know he had mental issues, but even so, he should have enough sense hopefully not to point at an officer. Any thoughts?
