Men Steal Beer From Landfill

On April 16, two men stole a bunch of cases of beer from a Columbia landfill. These men were sanitation workers that i'm guessing were just inspecting the landfill or something. There was over a dozen cases of beer. The beer was more than a year past the expiration date, but the men couldn't let  go to waste so they decided to take all of it home with them.  Any item that gets put into the landfill becomes city property. So, taking the beer was actually theft. The town isn't sure whether or not these thirsty men should get charged or not. What do you think?

Why was there beer there in the first place?? But, I dont think they should get charged with anything becasue the beer was past the expiration date and nobobdy else was going to drink it, im guessing.

I don't think they should get charged if it was just going to waste anyways? Maybe they're making a can tower or something If they're not going To drink the old beer. haha

why would the city want the beer? no use is going to come from it anyway... they shouldn't be charged

hahaha. no It's their fault if they get sick from the beer and they really wasn't steeling it. they dug thro the landfill

I don't really think that they should be charged for something like that. They were just trying to keep something from going to waste.

they probably shouldn't get charged just because it's ina landfill. who's going to drink it anyway?

why would there be beer in a land fill and why would it be full?
