that is dumb!! i dont think that would happen twice! i mean they were already sued because of coffee. dont you think they wuld take precautions. and i dont think it would happen again. not in the same way it did before. are they suppose to hand our warnings stating that. it hot chocolate!!! its suppose to be hot!! if it was suppose to be cold it would be called cold chocolate or chocolate milk. i mean if the burger juices burnt you then ig i could see that but not the same thing twice
Deja Vou Somebody already did that and Mcdonalds is forced to take precautions like a thousand warnings on their cups and saying careful. She probably wont win the case because Mcdonalds has taken the precautions and the whole lid not being on correctly is really really iffy.
