In Islamabad, Pakistan 50 people were arrested for the murder of a couple that was accused of blasphemy. The Christian couple was accused of desecrating the Quran. After the declaration of the couple around 50 people were apart of the mob that had attacked their village. The mob marched up to their house, smashed in the door, dragged them out of their home, beat them, and burned them. After this the government gave the couple's family around 5 million Pakistani rupees and 10 acres of land.Why do you think the mob was so angry with the couple?Why do you think so many people were apart of the mob?

I think it had to do with their religion and beliefs, they had a different view from the people who burned them. They wanted to show that they didn't agree- prove a point.
The couple probably believed in another religion, that most people do not believe in. The people that burnt them are probably trying to send a message to other people to try and get more people to believe in their religion.

So you think that they are trying to use fear to get people to switch religions?
Because what they did went against the Quran. I think that it was just a group of radical people who did this
Maybe from what they believe in. They could've been gathering people for a long time finding people with the same beliefs.
