Maria Yoon, a 39 year old Korean-American woman is getting married for the 50th time. She has been married 49 times in 49 different states. She said she's doing it for an "art project" of some sort. She wanted to do this to rebel against her parents that wanted her to get married at such a young age because of their Korean customs.
Her reason? She wanted to explore and see what marriage really meant to the American people. She also wanted to compare it to different traditional weddings.
The craziest part? In some situations, she hasn't been able to find a real human contendor. So she has married a 700-lb. Angus Bull in Nebraska, and an embroidered shirt in Wisconsin.
My question? Is that even legal?

Thats just not right to go out and marry 50 different guys just to rebel against your parents because they wanted her to marry at a young age
I dont think you can do that without cheating the system but i guess she found a way around it. No matter what kind of race or backround u have u should have to waite a certain amount of time to terminate a marriage.

Oh my she is marrying objects and animals along with male humans. That is just odd.. I guess what floats her boat doesn't deal with me. I just hope she is happy with what she is doing

That doesnt seem right. If she hasnt found someone to stay with the first five times i dont think she will ever find someone she wants to finally be with. I think she should just stop trying to get married because its clearly not working whatever she is doing.
I hope to get married, but not 50 times. I plan on getting married once and staying married hopefully. She's been married in 49 states why not just got for 50 states.
