On Thursday, February 29, Maroon 5 was to be playing at a song festival in Chile. This event was referred to as Viña del Mar. They showed up 30 minutes later to their set. This event made many fans upset. One fan reported that Levine "lacked energy to interact with the audience." Levine then posted on Instagram saying "[the] fans deserve an explanation. He then went on saying how his feelings got the best of him. The band's representatives blamed this issue on technical difficulties. "While we can't always make up for our past, we can absolutely try our best to learn from it ... thank you Chile for giving me the opportunity to grow," Levine said.
Questions:
1. If you were at this concert and was waiting for 30 minutes would you have stayed?
Although it was a long time to wait, I think it would have gone by fast. All of the adrenaline in me would make time fly by.
2. If this situation happened to you, would you still be a fan?
Yes. Everybody goes through rough times. The fact that he even showed up shows how much he loves to share his music.

I see what you mean. I did not consider the people that ont live in the same area as the concert. Given that then yes i belive that they should definently get a refund on their tickets because if the show was of bad quality and some people had to fly out, buy a hotel, buy parking, ect. then they should be conpensated some how.
Google says "How Much Are Maroon 5 2020 Tour Tickets. On the secondary market, most shows are start at $73-$74, although a handful of more expensive dates start in the $114 to $130 range" I would probably not want to pay that much if its gonna be a crappy show. I wouldnt want to waste my time. I could go to a pub or a bar and listen to live music.
On my opinon I would not wait to be in concert because I am not very high fan of music. Of course I do listen to music but even if my favtite musician would have a concert I would not waste 30 minutes of my life waiting for the concert to begin. I would be very upset of cource but maybe atfer sometimes I would forgive them and go on listening their music.
Actually, most people do this anyway. Almost all of the concerts I've been to we have had to wait a very long time even after the openers for the main person to come out. And the time goes by very fast. Yes, I would still be a fan because they make very good music.
Yeah I probably would of stayed because I put money into going to see this band and wouldn't of wanted to waste it. Probably but I would not be happy at all and would want them to be more resposible.
I agree with you. Especially if I were to go to this concert I would have had to buy the tickets with my money. Because of that I would have not left and stayed and had the best time with the break i was given.
I agree, even though 30 minutes is a long time, I would have stayed because I paid for it so I am going to stay and support Maroon 5.I agree, I would have still been a fan because people make mistakes and things happen so I would still be a fan because I like the music.
I would defiantly stay becasue I payed for the ticket why leave and waste money. I would definatly be upset if I hade to wait that long but I would get over it becasue you still go to see them preform and yes I would be a fan.
I would stay for sure even if I had to wait. Concert tickets are expensive and a little bit of waiting time will be worth what you paid for. I would still be a fan. I don't think a little waiting time should cause someone to stop liking ones music. I think people get impatient and upset however I don't think it's that big of a deal. Especially to leave the concert that you paid for.
Yes, I would've still stayed because that's what fans do for the person. Even though it was 30 minutes I still wouldn't mind. Yes, I would still be a fan because fans stay by their favorite artist, musician, and actors/actress. Plus, he makes good music and he is very sincere.
