An 18 year old man turns himself in after he accidently stole 31 thousand dollars. The bank teller put this money into his account. The main problem is its not his money its the money of the guy that goes to the bank with his same name! The bank asked him to repay the money but when he said he couldn't the bank decided to press charges.

Do you think this is his fault or the bank tellers fault?
I think its the bank tellers fault they should know better and ask for the account numbers from the person.

I definitely think its the bank tellers fault. I don't think he should of gotten any charges.
I think its more of the banks fault, they need to put the money in the right persons account.
This is the bankers fault, but the man who was given all that money should do the right thing and return it to the other man.
I think they the bank teller and the receiver of the money are both in fault. I'm sure that the receiver knew that the money wasn't his and should have told the bank the mix up before all this drama started.
I think it goes both ways. Its the bank tellers fault for messing up and putting all that money in the wrong account and not paying attention and its the guys fault for spending all the money when he knew he probably didnt have that much money.
its the bank tellers fault not his the bank teller should have to pay it
I think it's the bank tellers fault for not checking or paying attention more.
Yes it is his fault, if he knew that $31,000 had been added to his account, he should have spoke to the bank teller. He shouldn't have spent any of it.
I think the bank tellers fault because he put it into his account
