Viral videos of teens attacking man have sparked police investigation. The teenagers have attacked the man in a wooded area and slammed him to the ground. Another video shows them punching him and pushing him to the ground. The teens are between the ages of 14 and 15 and attend school in the Delaware area. Williams Syndrome is the neurodevelopmental disorder that the 27 year old man suffers from.
Question: What kind of punishment should the teens face?
Replies
Well done!
The men should be tried as adults. And it should have to stay on their records. If they did something that bad and had it on video they should expect to have a bad punishment if they did something that bad.
I think they should be expelled and charged with something. You just don't do that plus in the school and they must of had it planned because they filmed it.
In my opinion they should be tried as adults. Who in the right mind would want to beat a disabled man half to death for any reason.
To me if they are willing to do adult crimes they should be trailed as adults. I mean every teen wants to be treated like one its only fair. Teen are tired as adults all time.
They should face assault and be expelled from their school. They obviously planned what they were doing because it was filmed.
I think these teenagers should be charged for assault, be expelled from school, and do some community service. At that age you know what you are doing and should act more mature. That is terrible that they would even think of doing that, there is no reason.
assault and should be expelled from school. they should be charged with the worst charges possible. this was clearly planned and they had the intention to hurt the man so i feel that they should be tried for whatever possible.
I think that they should face charges that any other adult would face. It was not nice and went far beyond just bullying in my view. I think it was more of an assault and I think they should be punished for it.
What do you think they should be charged for?
