An Arizona man was searching for gold when he fell into a 100-foot-deep mine shaft in a remote desert area, sparking an hourslong rescue mission. John Waddell, 60, was pulled from the shaft on Wednesday night, two days after his carabiner clip broke, sending him tumbling 40 to 50 feet into the bottom of the mine. Waddell's dramatic rescue was recorded on video that shows rescue workers' using rope to pull him to safety. It took about five hours before Waddell was removed from the shaft.
What would you do if you were in this mans situation?
I would try to find sources of food and water to survive, and if there wasn't anything i'd try to take my mind off the situation until i was safe.
Would you ever look for gold again after being in this perdicament?
No, i would never be able to trust the system again.

Overall, your summary is brief and questions could be stronger. Also be sure to capitalize key words in your title. You also should have commented a lot more. -5 late
I would try to find sources to keep me alive, look for things or signal so I can call for help as soon as possible and I will try to stay calm because I don't want to make my situation even worse. I would probably not do it, but if I do I would go with someone, and I will make sure that I have water, food and all those things.
I would freak out initially but probably force myself to start focusing on how to survive and locate a source of food and water and try not to worry about being rescued. I wouldn't ever go searching for gold again, at least not by myself, because I wouldn't want to keep tempting fate and if I did, I'd change my system so I wouldn't be so dependent on just the carabiner clip to keep me from falling.
If I was to come up into this situation I would do what I could to help him and keep him alive, as you said bring him food and water and try and get help from others. I would not look for gold any longer or ever again because if it happened once what makes you think it couldn't happen again.
If I was in this situation I would try to stay calm and try to see what I could do for food and water resources and hope for the best that someone would find me. Seeing as it all was an accident I might go looking, but I would make sure to have someone come along with me.
I would try and find as much water as I could in order to help me survive, I would also try and sleep to keep my mind off of the fact that I was trapped all alone. I am not sure I would ever be able to go searching for gold after something like this happened to me. Maybe I could go if I really needed to and it was all I had left to do, but I would be terrified I would get trapped again.
I would start to freak out when it first happend but then I would have to calm down because I would have to find out away to survive what is happening. No becasue teh system is not the best do I would have to trust what is happening.
I would try and do everything to stay alive but I wouldn't really know what to do because there probablt isn't much for servival in the botton of a mine shaft. I would look for gold, I just wouldn;t go ot extreme places to find it.
I would check over myself looking for any cuts and then focus on water and food. after that I would do my best to get out and if I get out I would go back to looking for gold because you can make so much money with such a small amount but I would probably invest in some top of the line gear.
If I were in this situation I would defiently be worried about my health and would try to find anyhting I could that would help me survive. I agree that ater going through something like this once, I wouldn't be able to risk somthing similar happening again.
