A Zoo keeper was out in the wild with his dogs and a wild kangaroo grabbed it and had held it in a headlock, Before he stepped up and took focus off of the dog so it 'could be free'd and he swung at the kangaroo and knocked it in the snout and then the kangaroo ran off into the wild. The zoo keepers name is Grieg Tonkins.

Would you have squared to a kangaroo for your dog?
what would you do if you did hit it like the man and it started fighting back?

If the Kangaroo was hurting my dog, yes I would. I would run if I could.
I would try and run away.
Yes I would help my dog get free without as much violence as possible.
Yes I would have done what ever I had to do to save my dogs life.
If it started fighting back I would have grabbed my dog and went to my truck as fasts I could .
I do not know if I would have hit the kangaroo, but I might have tried to help the dog. I feel like I would be to scared to do anything at all. If I did hit the kangaroo and it started fighting back, I would retreat and get as far away as possible.
I would definitely go toe to toe with a kangaroo to save my dogs. I love them to pieces, and NO ONE hurts my dogs. I'm not sure what I'd do if it started fighting back. If it started fighting back, that would probably mean letting go of the dog, so I'd just take my dog and get the heck out of there. :)
I would definitely try to stop the kangaroo from attacking my pet. I feel that the kangaroo would be more afraid of me that I would be of it.
I might throw a rock at it or something but i dont think i would try to fight a kangaroo. I would definitely get out of there and not risk getting myself hurt badly!
I would be sad to see it beating up a dog and I would throw things at it and stuff to get it to stop.
