man offers 1,000 dollars in beer for house

a man trys to offer a house seller $1,000 in beer for a house. the house is worth 245,000 dollar and the man refused and the buyer got angry and tryed to start a fight with him cause he wouldnt except the offer. i dont think this guy is very smart

haha he was probably drunk himself but thats funny because he thinks he can give 1000 dollars worth of beer for a house worth 245,000 dollars thats a big differance
