44 year old Carlos Amarillo Beat and Killed his 56 year old girlfriend Estrella Castaneda and Her 24 year old daughter Lina Castaneda with a hammer because he thought that they were voodoo practicing witches who were casting spells on him. Estrella's 7 year old daughter was found on the bed in the bedroom unharmed and didn't see a thing that happened and was given to her biological father.  While Carlos was beating the two women the neighbors had said that they heard loud banging like something was being banged on the wall for a long period of time but they did not hear any screaming or crying. Carlos called the cops himself and told them that he killed them and that he wants the police to kill him. He was charged with two accounts of first degree murder and for possession of a weapon.

I think that this man is by far crazy! I am so glad that the 7 year old was not harmed and did not see the crime happen. What do you think about this man and his decisions?

  • that guy is missing a few bolts up top

  • why would u think that they were witches?

  • Uhh creepy!! Why would you think someone was a witch?! And if so, why not just leave instead of beating them to death with a hammer? I'm very glad that the 7 year old was left unharmed, though.

  • No one deserves to die like this. The amount of rage and anger that he had to have had in order to do that is unbelievable. This is just crazy and creepy at the same time. It is a good thing that he left the 7 year old alone.

  • The man must have been on drugs or something.  No one in their right mind would think his girlfriend and her daughter were witches.

  • Thats just crazy and creepy. Who does this who even believes in witches anymore that ended in like 1920's? i mean come on.
