Martin Kessman 64, has filed a lawsuit seeking unspecified financial damages against the fast-food chain, claiming that his local White Castle is in violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act because the seating cannot accommodate a customer of his size. A federal lawsuit filed last week claims. tha the booths are to small for a man his size and can hardly fit.

that must hurt to fit into a booth that is way to small for him. i wish they could make a bigger one for the bigger people and some for the smaller ones.
Really? I'm sure there are other places to sit in there. For example at a table with a chair, instead of a booth. He could also just get it to go and go sit outside if they have a place outside or go eat in his car.
If the guy can't fit in a booth how about he looses a couple lbs and then comes back. Maybe White Castle is trying to tell him to stop eating fast food and loose weight, I say go White Castle.
If you can't fit in a booth at a fast food resturant then you better consider working out before you go back and eat there again. Personally I can't feature anyone getting that fat.
Maybe the guy should stop eating fast food and eat vegetables. Instead of sitting he sould go to the gym for aon hour each day or walk every where he would like to go to.
