A few months ago a night in Virginia a man had attacked his family over a Ford and Chevy discussion. It happend on Easter night Mark turner his girlfriend her son and the sons girlfriend were having Easter dinner when mark and the son got in an argument in which is a better truck ford or Chevy yelling started happening and it’s been said by police that alcohol was drinken during this time.But yelling started happening and then make took out a knife from the table and threatened the son his girlfriend hit involved and tried to come him down but he ended up stabbing her in the stomach and chasing the son outside after he ran back in the house for his mother mark left the house and came back with a gun to shoot them all police said. His girlfriend came out telling him to stop and leave and he took 7 shots in his girlfriends leg 2 shots in the sons upper chest area the other 2 were un harmed

Yes I do think he ove reacted there no reason you should have to hurt your family over something so stupid as an argument he should have gotten help with these kind of anger probelms
What would have been your reaction if your were the police officer who investigated the scene
I would have been shocked that someone so dumb could do something like this over a discussion over trucks

I don't think you should hurt anybody over it, but the Ford vs Chevy debate is a very serious topic. It is a well known fact that Chevy trucks are better than Fords, and many people make sure others know that too. If I was the police officer at the scene I would be in disbelief.
I most defineltey think he over reacted because even though someone disagrees with you doesn't give him the right ti attack someone. I would be mad because knowing that Mark could have walked away from the discussion could have helped the situation he didn't and he chose to attack his girlfriend and the son, I wouls aslo be surprised that he did this over a stupid argument.
Mark definitely over reacted because the discussion of Ford vs Chevy is not worth lives for the cause. I think the alcohol drunk was most likely the main reason why he attacked them but maybe he was just that irrational about types of vehicles. I would have been surprised that Turner did all that just over a disagreement about trucks.
Yes I think he over reacted just because you don't agree on something you should attack them. I would have thought the person was crazy or something because why would you attack your own family over a disagreement with car brands.
I agree with your reaction, it's very honest and fitting to the situation. The whole thing is quite outragous and is in no question serious, but the conversation leading up to this must have been very agrivating.
Yes because shooting someone of a argument is crazy. He should probably get charged with attempted murder. I would be shocked because two people got shot over a little argument over nothing.
I agree that he should go to jail and everything that happened was downright crazy. I think it's lucky that the 2 other people there were not also hurt in his rampage. This incident is very stupid but I know it would more serious to those that got attacked.
Mark definitely overreacted in this situation. I know Ford and Chevy arguments get heated, but I've never heard of them getting this far. If I investigated this case, I would undoubtedly find it uncanny and shocking. I'd also wonder if Mark majored in philosophy.
I think he very much overreacted. Even if he was completely drunk it doesn't make any sense for him to murder people over a truck argument. Who even cares about what kind of truck you drive as long as it moves.
