Somehow I think Maine should have more important things on their minds than legalizing switchblades for one-armed people. Are there really that many of them?
I think this could be very useful, and it makes total sense that if a one armed person got attacked it would take them too long to get out their knife with they teeth before they got hurt etc.
That's not really all that weird. If you have one arm you can't open a pocket knife, can't load a clip into a concealed firearm as you have clips seperated from the weapon in the harness, and a switchblade is one of the fastest weapons to make available in a fight.
