This just in, another crazy news story! Some guy by the name of Winston Churchill, predicted that we humans would be able to grow meat without animals. Today scientists are now able to grow tiny nuggets of lab meat. Because it would be grown in a lab, it would rule out contamination problems, like salmonella and mad cow disease. They are also making a claim that it would help with the global warming problem. Because apparently livestock generates 18% of greenhouse gas emissions. Which is more than all of the vehicals on the earth FYI. Plus, livestock takes up 70% of all agricultural lands. Which is 30% of the earth's surface. But let me ask you this, labs big enough to make enough meat to feed the entire American population takes up less space and the equipment used to make said amount of lab grown meat does not take energy used by fossil fuels. Well, maybe its surrounded by windmills, but you know what, that takes up farmland too!So what are you're thoughts or opinions on this, do you want to eat "lab grown meat"?

In my opinion it's a good idea but it probably isn't going to happen anytime soon and lab grown meat won't have the fat an animal has so it will lose its flavor. Everyone knows that a marbled steak is a good steak.
It's good that it could help the earth and all the global warming and stuff. I think they should try the lab and see how it goes because thats pretty cool.
no. what would we do with all the cows and pigs if we ate fake meat? would we kill them off? make them go extinct because we didnt have a need for them anymore? i know it sounds ridiculous, but i do not want my kids or grandkids or whatever to grow up in a world without cows.
