"Lost" Cast member charged.

"Lost" cast member Matthew Fox, was charged for punching a bus driver during a party bus scuffle. He was intoxicaded and started to get violent when they wouldnt let him on the bus. what are your thoughts?http://today.msnbc.msn.com/id/44340786/ns/today-entertainment/?GT1=43001

Well...that isn't good. Why did he punch the driver? Why not another person that wasn't doing their job?
