Lindsey Vonn an American skier recently spoke out along with a number of athletes about Donald Trump during his presidency Lindsey said that she will ski for the U.S but wont rep the president. "I take the Olympics very seriously and what they mean and what they represent, what walking under our flag means in the opening ceremony," "I want to represent our country well. I don't think that there are a lot of people currently in our government that do that." she told CNN in an interview trump has had run ins with the NFL and some of the top players of the NBA. Vonn said that if she did win the gold in Pyeongchang she would not accept the invention to the White House
if you wank to know more here is the link to the story
1. if you where representing the U.S. in the Olympics would you represent our government or would you do what Lindsey is doing and not represent our government why Why not?
2. would you accept the invention to the White House if you won gold at the Olympics
My Opinion
i would probably represent the government because as much as i think that our government is all screwed up its still part of the U.S. and that is what representing the U.S. is about representing every thing in the U.S. good or bad
i would accept the invention because its not every day that you win a gold medial at the winter Olympics and then get invited to the White House because of it

If I was representing the U.S. in the Olympic, I would represent our government because that's a major part of the U.S. I would accept the invitation to the White House if I won gold at the Olympics.
I would represent our country and our government just because America is where it is today because of the government and America is one of the top countries in the world. I would definitely accept a invitation to the white house just because it is a once in a lifetime opportunity.
1. I would because they are given the distict opportunity to due so and some would kill for the opportunity.
2. Yes, because that is a once in a lifetime deal. not many people get invited.
I would represent the government because we have to support our boy Trump and even if some people do not like him we still have to do it. I would because it is not everyday that you get an invitation to the White House.
I would just represent the United States, but not the government. If I felt as strongly as she did, I wouldn't want to represent them even if the government is what makes the United States work. I don't think if I would accept the invitation, because if I were her I would be upset, but also it is a once in a lifetime opportunity that not many people get the chances to do.
If I were asked to represent the United States Olympics I have no idea what I would do because I don't know what the nation would be like at the time of being asked and if I were asked to the White House I might accept and might decline. Depending on if I believe what that president is striving for.
i really dont have an opinion on whether what she is doing is right or wrong. and if i were to get invited to the white house i would have to accept the invitation because that kind of thing doesnt happen all that often.
I would stand for our nation and the people that are fighting for our freedom and rights as an american, not the People in power because the people in power are jsut making everything worse than they were before.
I would just represent the United States, but not the government. I understand that the government is what makes the United States work, but if I felt as strongly as she did I wouldn't want to represent them. I understand her point of view and opinion. I don't know if I would accept the invitation, but its a once in a lifetime opportunity and not many get chances like this.
I would still represent the government because even if you don't agree with everything he still is doing some good and maybe his thought process is different so we may think it's bad but it turns out good you never know the outcome until its done
