Einstein, the fish, developed swim bladder disease which caused him to turn upside down and sink to the bottom of his tank. When his owner, 32 year old Leighton Naylor saw this, he knew he had to help his struggling companion. To help Einstein, he made a life jacket made out of recycled tubing. When asked Naylor said that he wanted to "build something that would allow Einstein to move his fins a little bit and be comfortable at the same time." At first, Einstein kept getting stuck on the fake plants in the tank, but now he is swimming absolutely fine. What do you think about this? Would you ever do this for your fish? Read story here.

This is sweet that he was able to help his fish out like this now that the fish can still swim with a life jacket is awesome.
well i guess if the fish was my best friend or something maybe i would do it... i guess im glad that the fish survived the bladder issue
i dont know if i would do this for a fish maybe another animal, you dont get attached to fish.
I never would of thought of making something to help a fish float. I would have just assumed that it was nearing the end of its life and let it die.
Things like this are kinda cute bacause I think that fishing is very fun, and the adventure sounds like good memories.
I would never do this to my fish because I don't think i could think of that my self.
This is like giving a bird a parachute. This guy is pretty creative to figure out how to help the little guy. they're still living creatures that need help sometimes too. If this guy was really that attached to his fish, I think that's pretty cool that he would take the time to do that.
This is really funny! I wonder if the fish can only go side to side or if he was able to go up and down also
If that fish was his best friend then good for him. At least he was trying to care for his fish and being a good owner rather than abusing it and not properly taking care of it.
That is really cool. I would never do that for my fish but i am glad to see someone who would. They must care about their fish a lot.
