The former heat player, LeBron James has decided to move back home to Cleveland. Many are not surprised to see that he is sold his Florida mansion. According to Zillow the basketball star's home is selling for a whooping $17 million dollars. The 12,000 square foot mansion is in a gated community and right on the water. The mansion has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The home also includes a wine cellar, a movie theater, and a private sun-deck. The property that hosts this house also hosts a guest house. Although this house is on the water it also has a pool on property. Since it is near the water it has a boat dock that is large enough to fit two 60 foot yachts.
Why do you think that someone needs this much in their house?

Interesting story! I think you could have come up with a more thought provoking question however.
people usually dont need that much when you only a 4 person family living there. If you have a lot of money like him of course your gonna buy something like that, you dont want a average house if your rich
If you have a lot of money why not? I would do it if i had the money.
Maybe people just want a big house and a nice yard for parties and friends. It must be a really big house to sell for 17 million dollars.
Why is the big yard necessary?
If people have the money for it, why not spend it? Sometimes they should probably think about how much they are really spending.
Why do you think that they need to think about how much they are spending?
Because he makes a lot of money and probably does not know what to use it all on. It probably makes him feel good.
What are some other things that he could use it on?
Maybe they want to just because they have all the extra money for it. If I had that much money I would want a nice house like that.
