Dana Holmes, age 33, was strip searched by three male and one female officer. She was first given a pat down standing up right, then violently pulled to the ground and carted of to a jail cell. Once inside the cell she was held face down on the floor and stripped nude by the officers. The deputies' report obtained by the Chicago Tribune claims Holmes resisted their initial pat down leading to their use of force and removal of all of her clothing. Do you think that the officers needed to preform a strip search? Do you think it was necessary? Was Dana right to press charges?
