Lawn mower driver steals fishing poles and gets a DUI

Jimmy Graham is a 30 year old that lives in Tennesee. He was caught driving his lawn mower in the middle of the road. The cop that pulled him over said he was swerving a lot and smelled like alcohol. Also the man had a couple fishing poles attached to his mower. Jimmy says that he was borrowing the fishing pole from a friend and gave the cop the "friend's" address. When the cop went to the man's house he said the fishing poles have been stolen from him for the past week. Jimmy was charged with a DUI and a fishing pole theft

That is really weird. Why would the guy on the lawn mower actually tell the police where he had stolen the fishing poles from.

hah i dont think that you can get a DUI on a lawn mower because its not like you need a liecense to drive it

that's really not high news. that happens every night down south. everyone just drives their mowers to the local saloon. it saves gas and gives you more reaction time. honestly what could really go bad with driving a lawn mower intoxicated. its not like they go fast or anything
