Kyle Rittenhouse found not guilty of all charges

Kyle Rittenhouse shot 3 people in Kenosha last year, 2 dead, 1 injured. Kyle has finally been put on trial the last few weeks to see if he is guilty or not.  Kyle went up to Kenosha last year during a BLM riot to protect people's property since BLM has been known for destroying buildings, cars, and family businesses. So then Kyle takes his AR-15 to Kenosha and walks around the riot making people feel uneasy. One man tries to take Kyles's gun but ends up getting shot. Another man tried swinging a skateboard at Kyle and then gets shot by Kyle. Finally, one last man tried to take the gun away from Kyle but ends up getting shot in the arm instead. That man's arm does not work the same as it used to because the bullet did a lot of damage. Kyle is doing this trial without a lawyer and claims that he killed these people in self-defense.

The last few weeks Kyle has been on trial but today the verdict was decided if he was guilty to not. Kyle ended up to be not guilty and is not able to do another trial again. I'm sure the family's of the two dead victims are not happy with this situation. There were 5 different charges against Rittenhouse. The first count was: first-degree reckless homicide, use of a dangerous weapon. Second count: first degree recklessly endangering safety, use of a dangerous weapon. Third count: first-degree recklessly endangering safety, use of a dangerous weapon, the same as the second one. Fourth count: First-degree intentional homicide, use of a dangerous weapon. Fith count: Attemped first-degree intentional homicide, use of a dangerous weapon. Kyle was found not guilty on all 5 of these charges.

In my opinion, I think Kyle shouldn't be guilty because there was a lot of evidence of him showing self-defense. The man that was killed that tried taking the gun from Kyle could have killed Kyle with his own gun. The man with the skateboard was going to kill Kyle with his skateboard. The man that lived ran at Kyle with a gun in his hand and that is another reason why I think it's self-defense. I'm glad that he was not put in prison for something for no reason, he was just defending himself.

Do you think Kyle Rittenhouse is guilty or not guilty?

Do you think that Kyle should have gotten some charges or not?

  • Good job Josh! Be sure to include your sources!

  • no, I don't I think that it was all self-defense cause they came at him and tried to take his gun. and one guy said they were gonna bash his head in with the skateboard. I don't think he should get any.

  • I think Kyle is not guilty because he was just protecting himself from the guys that were attacking him and they could've potentially killed him, Kyle was using his second amendment rights and this is the reason why we have this amendment. In my opinion, Kyle is was not guilty at all and was just protecting himself from the danger of other people.

  • I think that Kyle was not guilty. He used self defence. I think he shouldnt of been charged at all, he shouldnt of even been sent to court. None of this would of happened if people weren't throwing a fit about "racism". And everybody that thinks he is guilty just remeber what the liberals say "Its the guns fault", not the persons.

  • I do not think that he is guilty of the charges they are trying to press on hime because he was acting in self defense to protect himself from the other people. I do not think that he should have any charges pressed against hi because he was protecting himself in self defense.

  • I think the whole reason we have the second amendment is for this reason. That reason is to protect ourselves. If somebody is coming at him trying to hurt or kill him he has every right to use his gun for self-defense. yes, I'm sure the family is angry about it, but their kid shouldn't have attacked him or gone to the BLM riot in the first place.

  • I think he is not guilty. When getting the gun he did everything legally. The media definitely portrayed him as guilty but in the proof, you can tell he is not guilty. He did it all in the act of self-defense. Granted he probably shouldn't have brought a gun to the BLM protest.

  • I think Kyle was guilty and people shouldn't pretend they are heroes trying to protect someone when they just go outside and kill someone. I think he shouldn't even have a gun and he shouldn't have gone outside with the gun. Just going outside with a gun during the BLM is not the best decision. You can protect yourself by staying in your house, not by killing people.

    • I disagree, Kyle is not guilty he was not planning on killing anyone that night but it just happened and who knows what those people were going to do to him after they take his weapon. If he didn't do anything he could have been killed, he did the right thing and used self-defense.

  • I believe that Kyle Rittenhouse is not guilty at all. Taking a gun to a BLM protest was probably not the smartest thing in my opinion. Yet he had the right to shot him considering that they were trying to disarm him and "attack him." Plus the evidence all proves that he was just doing this in self defense but this could have been avoided if he simply didn't show up.
