I know that my parents have at least one picture of me in the bathtub with my sister when I was a little kid, but having your kids taken away for something like that? I think that is pretty crazy! What about you guys??

That is really stupid. Like the best memories for parents are from watching there own kids play in the bathtub. in a non sexual way. i mean i have like 10 pictures at least from the bathtub - back when i was a bit thinner :p

that is so stupid you cant take someone kids away for that... i think its ok up to a certain age like 5 maybe younger... but it is still not right

This is crazy it is not like they were selling the pictures for money. If that is illegal what about all of those pictures with new born babies with just a bow on and nothing else.

well i think its alright if the kids are little but it kinda depends on the age of the kids that were in the pictures

I think that is strange that they were taken away. What kind of parents don't have pictures of their cute little children when their in the bath tub.
