Kids suspended for "Tebowing"

"No running in the halls -- and no Tebowing either."

Jordan Fulcoly, Wayne Drexel and brothers Tyler and Connor Carroll of Riverhead High School in Long Island all got a 1 day suspention for Tebowing in the school hallway.

They weren't suspended for bringing religion into the school, but for apparently clogging the hallway.

I think it's dumb they got suspended for it! What do you think about it?

wow are you serious, if that happened to me i would take it straight to the school board and argue until they do something about this

They were being a safety hazard. Of course they're going to get in trouble. That's just like people talking in a group in our hallways and not letting others thru.

Doing something like Tebowing in the hallways deserves something like a warning, not a 1 day suspension! That's ridiculous! I'm not a big fan of Tim Tebow, but Tebowing should not get kids suspended from school.

I think that is dumb how they got suspended for tebowing,! Maybe the broncos is their favorite team and they are supporting the team by doing what the quarterback does when he does something good in a game. I would not be a happy camper if I got suspended for doing something like that.

That's a stupid reason for suspending someone. The school should really focus on other problems in the school that are actually a big deal, not a couple students messing around in the hallway.

wow, "clogging up the hallway?" that is deff not suspension worthy! the teacher giving the suspension probably wasn't a broncos fan! ;)

thats really dumb!! they shouldnt for got suspended.. its not like they hurt anyone or really did anything bad to anyone..

I really doubt that it is because they were clogging the hallway, I am sure it was part of the religion thing even though it says that wasn't it. I would be so mad if I got suspended for that.
