    that's good that they were set free, because then they won't have to worry about donating the kidney or the medical dangers that come with it.

    I think donating her kidney was a great choice to get her out of jail. Also, i agree that they went to jail in the first place for a dumb reason too.

    I don't really think they should have gotten a life sentence for taking $11- $200.. maybe like 2-5 years in jail since it was an armed robbery, but nothing as extreme as a life sentence. It's definately worth letting her go because the one that needs the kidney was costing the state wayyy more than her crime was worth. I think they should still be checked on after the surgery and everything just to make sure they're not doing anything bad.

    i guess they got out for a good cause. donating ones organs is awesome. i dont understand how they got put in jail for LIFE just because they stole $11 and $200...thats just stupid

    why would they get life for less than $200? that doesnt make sense to me. but at least the other sister is nice enough to donate her kidney, even if it is probably to get out of jail.

    I think it's good that they were set free. They only got between $11 and $200. That isn't worthy of the time that they spent in jail.
