I don't really think they should have gotten a life sentence for taking $11- $200.. maybe like 2-5 years in jail since it was an armed robbery, but nothing as extreme as a life sentence. It's definately worth letting her go because the one that needs the kidney was costing the state wayyy more than her crime was worth. I think they should still be checked on after the surgery and everything just to make sure they're not doing anything bad.
i guess they got out for a good cause. donating ones organs is awesome. i dont understand how they got put in jail for LIFE just because they stole $11 and $200...thats just stupid
why would they get life for less than $200? that doesnt make sense to me. but at least the other sister is nice enough to donate her kidney, even if it is probably to get out of jail.

that's good that they were set free, because then they won't have to worry about donating the kidney or the medical dangers that come with it.
