All hell broke loose after Khabib Nurmagomedov choked out Conor McGregor during UFC 229, which took place last Saturday (October 6, 2018) at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. The night started with a fight between Tony Furguson and Anthony Pettis, which was a superb fight, but didn't compare to what happened later. The McGregor-Khabib fight started and went along pretty normally for the first 2 rounds, McGregor was doing his "thing" and Khabib was acting normal, but at the end of the third, he was seen in his corner screaming, arguing and had obviously lost his cool. It was revealed that McGregor was grabbing onto his gloves during the fight, which is an illegal move, so this is presumably what originally got Khabib so fired up. Dillon Danis, McGregor's jiu-jitsu coach, was yelling at Khabib throughout the fight, presumably insulting him, so after submitting McGregor with a rear naked choke during the fourth, Khabib jumped the fence and attacked Danis, at the same time, 2 of Khabib's friends jumped up on the octogon and started punching McGregor, and they were arrested by Las Vegas police officers. (McGregor dropped the charges.)It is undecided as of October 7th whether Khabib will be allowed to compete again in Las Vegas or even be allowed to get his green card and visa, as he is from Russia.
Do you think that what Khabib did is okay or should he be allowed to compete again?
Yes. As someone with a pretty bad temper, I understand why Khabib did it and I think tha the should be allowed to fight again, especially if McGregor was doing something illegal.
Do you think that there should be a rematch between Khabib and McGregor?
No. As Joe Rogan says in the video below, Khabib was totally dominating McGregor during the whole fight and submitted him cleanly.

Good job Jacob! Your title is a bit long and also be sure to capitalize key words.
I think Khabib should definitely be punished as this attitude shouldn't be accepted in any sport. Khabib should be allowed to fight again at some point, but it should be a while before he learns his lesson. Also, I don't think there should be a rematch, I feel like Khabib would just get more fired up.
I think that Khabib should be allowed to compete again because the man that fought him was doing something illegal and something that he should of not of done. I also think that he should of kept his hands to himself and not of started a fight.
I agree, he had a big reason to be angry because he was being insulted and having illegal moves used on him, but starting a massive brawl is just too much.
I think that what Khabid did is not okay. After his violent behavior I wouldn't feel safe fighting him. I don't think that he should be about to compete again or get his green/visa card. I think a rematch would not be the smartest idea. Khabib clearly can't contain himself.
I think Khabib overreacted and he should find out ways to tone down his temper, but if what McGregor was doing was actually true, I can definitely think its a forgiveable thing. I don't think there needs to be another match, considering McGregor was obviously doing bad against Khabib in the match.
I can agree with this. I think that he should at most be fined or have his belt taken away if the Nevada Sports Administration really wants to be harsh.
I guess, I mean if mcGregor did something illegal, then yea he should be triggered, but going off on other people is to far. He should fight again becasue its his job andhes good at it.
Yes, McGregor knows his stratigys now, so he has an idea on what to practice on, getting out of grapples and or doing them.
i can understand why Khabib did what he did because of McGregor doing illegal moves but i don't think he should have raged and went over the fence and tried to hurt McGregors coach. i don not think that Khabib should be allowed to compete anymore.
He should definitely allowed be compete again but should receive some sort of punishment for doing this. Im not sure it matters whether or not they do but next time they should make sure people dont get into fights.
