Actor Kevin Spacey known for his roles in television series such as netflixes House of Cards and The Usual suspects has stated that he will plead not guilty on the Indecent assault and battery charges against him. In July of 2016 Spacey went out for anight on the town and ended up going for drinks at a restuarant and bar known as the club car in nantucket. Whilst there Spacey proceeded to flirt with and 18 year old busboy who claimed he was 23. Spacey bought The busboy several drinks and proceeded to brag about the size of his genitalia. after which he started to rub the busboys leg after which he proceeded to unzip the busboys pants and did sexual avts wit the busboy for several mintes. The busboy took a snapchat video of the act and sent it to his girlfriend. after about three minutes Spacey went to the bathroom and the Busboy went home.
A year after the incident the busboys mother Heather Unruh, A former New england News Anchor, went public with tthe accusations against Spacey in 2017. The police then looked into the incident and found there was enough evidence to charge Spacey. There will be an Arraignment held for spacey on monday.
Spacey has been accused of assault several times now so it got me thinking what would you do if you were in the position where Spacey was assaulting you? I would more likely than not go to the police right away but hide the fact that he was oversteppping his boundaries therefore he would get into more trouble.

I think this is a good topic as well written. You could have asked another questions but overall good job.
First off, what the heck are battery charges? If I was in the position where Spacey was assaulting me, I'm not sure what I would do. More than less likely I'd probably tell the police but then again I'm not entirely sure what I would do until I'm in that situation.
Battery charges refer to unlawful offensive physical contact with another person with or without his or her consent unlike assault battery has to have actual contact with the other person whereas assualt can be charged with just a threat.
