During her flight from Orlando to Detroit, Katie Kiacz was fat shamed by an unidentified male passenger. Katie saw the male passenger type a text message to his friend referring to Katie as a "two ton women." Katie confronted him saying "I am not two tons, but I did just have a baby." The male passenger then got up and asked the flight attendents for a different seat, but there wasn't one. Katie was glad there was no other seat so he would have to "suffer" sitting by her. Katie claimed that the male passenger never apoligized or spoke to her at all the whole rest of the flight to Detroit. When they got to Detroit Katie wasted no time and quickly then wrote a facebook post about her experience with the male passenger on ger flight from Orlando to Detriot.

Do you think that the male passenger should have apoligized? Yes, I think he should have apoligized because he offended Katie and made her feel uncomfortable.
Do you think Katie should have written on facebook about her experience? I honestly don't think she should have because people always try to make people feel bad about themselves, but we as a society shouldn't ackowledge it.

Well done overall! Be sure to stay away from yes/no questions.
He should've apologized because he was unnecessarily rude and didn't have the right to judge her like that. I think it's fine she wrote about the encounter on facebook because she can do whatever she wants on her profile but it could seem like she's digging to get attention and compliments by posting about the bad experience but I think she just wanted to share what happened.
Of course, the male passenger should have apologized. Saying something like that is never okay and when he got caught he should have handled it more maturely. I do not think Katie should have posted about what happened because to me it would just fuel the fire. If it were me in this situation I would just want to forget about the experience and move on.
He most definitley should have apologized to her, he said such hurtful things about her and made her feel out of place and uncomfortable. She maybe shouldn't have because she she may get feedback that she didn't want.
Yes because some people feel good about there body and for the passenger to make fun of her was just wrong, it also could of made her feel that everyone is making fun of her. Yes because it shows that people will make her feel better and make the passanger feel bad for what he did.
I think he should've apologized because it is very rude and he did offend her by it, shaming someone is never right. I think that it is okay that she posted about it because it just shows how society has changed and how people are today, plus she probably didn't know that her post was going to go viral.
I 100% think the male passenger should have aplogized. Although I don't believe he should have said a single thing about her weight in the first place, he should have apologized after saying she was two tons. I think it is okay that she posted it and I hope the man who called her fat saw it so that he realizes what a jerk he was and he will learn his lesson.
I think he should have apalogized becuase he had no right to offend her and make her feel worse about herself. If it were to encourage people not to feel ashamed about themselves, but if it was just going to put her fell worse then no.
I think that it would have been apropriate for the man to apologize because what he was texting was very mean and hurtful but I also beleive that Katie should not have been looking over and watching the man text his friend.
Yes, I think the dude should have apoligized for saying that stuff because thats awful and crewl. I think that it was okay for her to post that on her Facebook because that is just down right wrong to say those things and not apoligize for his actions, but I'm sure he had enough punishment for how awkward the rest of the flight must have been.
