The JFK assassination was let out to the public and it was proven to be a second shooter. Trump released some of the files for the assassination of the young president.
How do you feel about them hiding this from the public?
How does it affect our every day lives?

Great topic but your summary is extremely short. You also didn't reply to any student comments which is worth 20 points. -10 late
I have mixed emotions because it doesn't affect me but I understand that they hit it from the public. If JFK wasn't assasinated, he would've been president and some of the things the other presidents did wouldn't of happened. This is on the news a lot so we learn about it.
I'm not sure if I should think that the government was hiding this information, maybe they just figured it out. But if they were, I don't understand why.
I don't think this information affect my everyday life at all. At least I think about it or probably talk about it with someone.
I don't know how I feel. I also think that maybe the government wasn't necessarily trying to "hide" the file from the public, They may have just thought that the public didn't think it was important enough to know. But I also think that if they were trying to hide the file, then they shouldn't have done that because he was the president that was chosen by the people of America, so they have a right to know.
I don't know if the government was "hiding" this from the public; I think we were told that we would know about the shooter and the case after many years. I think it is interesting that we can learn about the conspiracy now, but I'm glad that we had to wait a while as a country so we didn't harass Kennedy's family. This doesn't really affect us here in Harlan, but hopefully nobody takes advantage of the information.
I think that there will always be conspiracy regarding subjects like this, but I think the public should just take the information as it is. It affects our everyday lives because these new files will be, if they aren't already, plastered all over the news. It won't be based on the files and information involved, it will be about Trump's actions and comments regarding the files and their release.
I don't think that they were hiding it from the public. If I am correct there was a law they made that said they would put the file out in 25 years so that way family of the people involved wouldn't be harassed. I don't think that this affect out day to day lives very much. Yes this is something very major but I doubt that many of us, here at Harlan, have been affected.
