In Chicago, two bank robbers escaped prison by br using a makeshift rope to climb down 20 stories. There names are Kenneth Conly and Joseph "Jose" Banks. The man hunt was pushed into a second day Wedsnday. Inside the cell, investigators found broken window and bars inside a mattress Tuesday.
