Irbil, Iraq; the location of Iraq's biggest oil refinery, was claimed to be taken over by ISIS, but Iraq insist that they still have full control of the refinery. Images were posted of ISIS members assaulting the oil refinery late Saturday. CNN stated that if ISIS did in fact have control of the oil refinery, it would be the first time Iraq militants had battled over the refinery.
Do you believe that ISIS really does have control over the Oil Refinery? Why do you think that?
Why do you think ISIS attacked the refinery?

Again, your summary is brief and you only replied three times all on the same day.
Yes I do other wise they wouldn't boast about it. To hurt the U.S. and other major powers.
I would have no doubt that Isis has taken over this refinery, They might have taken it over but the media is only telling us so much. I don't know why they would attack this refinery but i also don't see why they wouldn't i mean its Isis were talking about.
I think that ISIS attacked the refinery to show their dominance and their power they have
I believe it because they are very powerful. I think they attacked it for the money, they were probably low on funds.
I think that they are trying to take it over, but I don't think that they have all of the control yet. Oil is an important resource, so I think that them having it will give them more control over resources in Iraq.
I think if they took over the oil refinery then they probably have control over it. If they control the oil refinery then they control the oil. They could sell all the oil on the black market for dirt cheap.
I believe they do and its not the first time ISIS has taken over something like this. They do this so they can make more money to fund all of their attack and equipment.
I would not be surprised if ISIS did have control of this oul refinery and they probably attacked it to get a financial and economic edge
I think that ISIS attacked it because if they want something, they are gonna get it. So they probably have control over it.
