Is the tomatoe a fruit or vegatable?

Ok I was watching tv and they were talking about tomatoes and they say it is technically in the berry family. What do you think, is it a fruit, vegatable, or berry.

fruity. a berry is basically a fruit. so its a fruit.

It's a fruit because it has seeds, and it's plant flowers. I'm pretty sure....

i agree with kb. it is a vegetabel because of the taste and vitamnins and minerals, but a fruit due to the fact that it has seeds

I think its a vegatable but i dont really care because i dont like tomatoes
