MTSS is a waste of time in my opinion because it takes 30-45 mins out of our day, that's extra time just to review when we can just review in class. It also wastes the teachers' time, because they can just let the students do their forum posts in class. I understand why we don't do it in class now with all the presentations we need to do, but why didn't we do them in class earlier in the year?
I understand that MTSS is to get the help you need, but that's why study hall exists, and for the people that don't have study hall, you should find time to work with that teacher, if you're in any clubs, most of the teachers stay after school anyway, so why not get help? You don't need an entire period dedicated to one thing. Yes, I understand that there're people that are busy before and after school, but you need to be wise with your time and make time for schoolwork.
If we got rid of MTSS, then not only would the school day shorten, but we'd also be saving time. The teachers would have to put up with us for less time, the students would have less time in school, so we, students, would be extraordinarily happy. If the school took away MTSS, then everyone would be a lot happier to go, because it'd shorten the day by like 30-45 minutes.

I don't really mind MTSS, and I'm kinda glad we have it. It has given me more time to do homework I forgot about or to study for any upcoming tests. However, I wish we wouldn't get detentions if we forgot to sign up because it's so easy to accidentally let it slip our minds. MTSS can be pretty helpful, though.
Even if we took away MTSS the school day wouldn't be shorter they would just make our periods longer. Personally I'm for the MTSS period because I'm very busy and I don't have study halls so i need them to get my work done. Also MTSS was put in to benefit kids at school to garauntee they get the help they need.
When coming into high school I thought that Mtss would be the same as in middle school where you could not choose. However, this is way better because you get to choose where you would like to work. Although it is not a necessity I think it is a great thing to have. However, I wish that if you forgot to sign up you would not have detention.
i dont think that mtss should be removed from the school scedule because you can benifit from it if you need help with some homework you can go to the teachers mtss that you need help with and gett help. i dont think that mtss is a necessity but it is definitly nice to have to get stuff done.
I think that mtss shouldnt be removed sometimes i do have nothing to do but i usually take time in mtss to finsh my homeowrk or finish any homework that is going to be due soon becasue then i wont have to do it later. i think that it is always helpful at least for me becasue i use that time to do my homework. some people also help them a lot if they miss a test or anything.
I think that it should be removed. It isn't always helpful, and I prefer that we use that time for the academic period. Maybe just moving MTSS to the end of the day, and allow students in extracurriculars to leave at that time. I think that some time for students to work should be allowed, but it just doesn't exactly work as well as they think it does.
I really don't mind MTSS. Although it'd shorten the day, it'd force me to take time out of my busy schedule and a teacher's time just to catch up on something. Half the time, when I need help I can just ask a teacher to come in during their MTSS, regardless of what it was intended to be, and it works out. Study halls only do so much. It's more than homework. It provides you the oppurtunity to have some more time in the subjects you need the most help/work in. It also makes it easier for students with busy schedules, providing them with more academic and extra cirricular time, but not an excessive amount.
I think MTSS is a necessity because it gives the students a chance to get extra help. Since we put MTSS back in our schedule the number of F's has decreased a ton. yes, it can be a hassle to sign up if you don't have a class that you need to go to. But sometimes you have to think about the people that need the extra help.
I honestly don't like MTSS because people don't really get enough time to get their work done or study. Why have MTSS since theres already a study hall? The only one thing I like about it is the Mandalas Coloring and Mindfulness.
I honestly don't like MTSS. It's a hassle to sign up and remember every day. I think the classes are also not needed. I feel it takes time out of day when I could be in class getting more work done. We use this for meditation or playing in pe. MTSS is not needed and should be taken out. I feel if you truly need a time like this, you should have a study hall or make time before or after school.
