Many people throughout the United States are trying to decide whether or not to go to college. Many people can not decide if college is really worth the money and time. I believe that college is definitely worth your time and money because the average American with a college degree makes $570,000 more than the average person with just a high school diploma throughout their career. Also, the number of jobs requiring a college degree is rapidly increasing and is becoming more evident that a college degree is important if you want to make more money. Even though college is mostly about schooling, you will more than likely meet lots of new people and make lots of new friends during your college years. When you go to college you will realize there are lots more opportunities out there than what you are used to, especially if you are from a small town.
I personally think that college is very important for people and people should at least give it a shot. Some people are just not college people and that is ok. I think that college is worth your time and money. Lots of people look at the debt that is involved with college but in the long term people that go to college make way more money than people who only have a college degree. If people are worried about debt then they should consider a trade school as a solid alternative to a 4 year college. I think way more people should go to trade school because you are saving your money and there's not as many people that are in trades as there used to be. There are plenty of opportunities that people should take advantage of.
In conclusion, I believe that college is definitely important and everyone should at least consider going to college.

It all depends on what you want to do and if you are able to get by without college, which includes a lot of people. I feel that college is worth it but the collage costs a lot and many poeple can't pay that. I want to go to collage but the cost sometimes scares me.
I think going to college depends on the situation a person is in. If someone is building a business, sometimes they wouldn't need to go to college. I think that college provides a lot of opporitunity which can be beneficial for some people . I want to go to college because, personally, think it will help me understand more about what I do.

In the US, college is getting less and less "valuable." If you owe 72 thousand to a university, but only make 80k a year, how are you gong to pay it off? Of course I'm going to college. I'll probably become a citizen in Denmark or Norway to reap the benifits of free 4 year college.
I think in our time now it definetly helps to have a college degree to make more money. But is college really worth the money? I think it is overprized. In other countries for example Germany you pay 300$ per semseter. That's a huge difference. I don't think a college degree is important to secceed. Elon Musk is the best example of not having a college degree and still being successfull. And yes I want to go to university.
