As the title says is have 6 blogs a week too much? I do not know what it is like for CWI students but it is too much for me in US history and I miss the old days last year when I only had a single blog a week and it was either an assigned blog or a free choice but now we have to do one along with daily class discussions and five discussion post. How do the students feel about this and how does Mr. Bruns feel about it?

I think it's a bit too much, i feel that this should be a college class or something. I mean I have a lot of other homework, and i have two other brothers that need the computer for there homework also, and my mom uses the computer for work alottt. So it's hard to use the computer and do 6 blogs a week, and five discussion posts in my opinion.
this isnt really that bad if you think about it.. but i do miss the free choice instead of the assigned.butt the assigned isnt usually TOO hard.. its not that bad brandomjames!
I don't think that it is to much work to do blogs. Mr. Bruns gives us time in class to do the daily reflectives so all we really have to do is one assigned blog. People should be able to get this done, I mean they have all week to do it.
I think it is easy to do six blogs a week. We take notes EVERYDAY pretty much, so that's the daily blog. The five discussion board posts are pretty easy to get done too. You only have to write a couple sentences, which doesnt take long at all.
Trying to get blogs reduced again I see? Ha, well.. I think it is fine personally. You do dailys in class and then just one per week at home and sometimes in class isn't bad.
I think that it is way to much. I dont have time every night to sit at the computer. I have other homework and stuff to do. If I get behind even one day with either a blog post of a disscussion I either forget to do it or I forget how many I have done. I feel the same way about the old days when we only had one blog a week. I like that so much more. Maybe we could do like 1 daily reflective blog a week and just summarize like the whole week or something like that.
well, he dropped the free choice. now im in dual classes, so i have 10 board posts, 10 dailys, and now 2 big blogs. its slimmed down but i have forgotten to put 5 more posts sometimes.
