that is really sad. the internet is getting very slow and we are falling behind on technology. that kinda scares me because we are no longer the 'smartest' country. the chinese and japanese have a lot more smart people then we do....

It is due to the size. South Korea would be like a state in the US. The more people using the internet causes it to be slower. Hence, the US is slower.
