One of the islands that make up Indonesia is named Komodo island. This is a special island. Komodo Dragons live there. Indonesia is still planning on keeping the island open for tourist attractions. There were four people got caught for steeling them and selling them for lots of money. One Komodo dragon got sold for 35 thousand dollars. They’re putting a limit on how many people can be at the island. There is not a certain number of how many people there are going to be. There is about 17 hundred of these Komodo Dragons that live there. People are not allowed to feed them; these creatures are venomous and can kill a person.
If you were Indonesia what would you do to keep Komodo dragons’ self?
What do you think about people steeling Komodo dragons?
I would limit it to how many people can be there so it would be very easy to keep an eye on them. I would be mad because there are steeling creatures that is like a dinosaur of are history.

Super job Ethan!
I would keep the park close until the numbers start going up. Once they reach the acceptable number of Komodo Dragons they should open the park and limit on people visiting the park. Well, people may think they will be great for being sold for money, or they may think that Komodo Dragons look like dinosaurs and they look cool and steal them. They don't really process that Komodo Dragons are poisonous and could kill them.
I would wait till the amount of the animals goes to maybe 10 thouthands and would open the park. There are lot of such people who think only about thier pockets a nd they dont care what kind of harm will make
I would try everything I can to keep them safe and if that means closing down the island for tuorists completely I would do that. I think it is very wrong of people to steel Komodo Dragons because they are taking them out of there natural habitat and they could maybe even start dying out.
I think that people who steal Komodo dragons are just wanting to make money. They probably don't care if there are rules against it. They are just wanting to make money, so they do whatever is necessary. It could be possible that they don't know it is illegal but that is unlikely.
If I lived in Indonesia, I would keep the Komodo dragons save by limiting the number of people that could go on the island. The more people on the island, the higher the chance of someone steeling one and trying to sell it and make a money off of them.
I would just try to limit people coming to the island. When people are about to leave the island, I would just check for anything that looks suspicious. They should also have background checks to prevent this from happening. I think they steal the komodo dragons for money, or maybe for their meat. All animals like these deserve to be protected.
I would make the security for the island a lot more strict and do more background checks. I think that the people that are stealing the Komodo dragons are only stealing them for the money. I think they should have a reserve or national park for the Komodo dragons because they are going extinct. I also think that people that are selling the Komodo dragons should be fined.
I agree I wouldnt want much people there becuase that would make it easyier for people to steal them from their habitats and enclosers. I dont think that it is good for people to steal the Komodo dragons, they have a strong bite and if you get bit you might not be able to get out of it.
If I were a leader of Indonesia, I think I would make security on that island better, and do checks on people going in and out of the island. I think its horrible that people steal these animals and sell them for profit ilegally. Chances are whoever they are selling them to aren't going to treat them right or don't know how to treat them right.
