So basically our President wants to make it so that the illegal immigrants that came into this country illegally a visa to stay in this country even though the illegal immigrants have taken some jobs from actual American citizen. I'm sorry in my opinion these illegal immigrants should have to get citizenship the way the rest of the immigrants have and not get an easy break because they are already here while others that want to gain citizenship our going though the actual process.

    I don't think they should get any special treatment. They should have to go through the same process of citizenship that all the other immigrants have to go through as well.

    Immigration reform suggests people who are here that who have something to give to America, such as knowledge in expertise, should be allowed to stay and help America. The process to become American citizens is long and hard. Americans have been graced to live in a wonderful country, but why should be struggle for years trying to get here? There should be a process yes. But it should be simpler so everyone who wants to can enjoy and contribute to America.

    I think that they need to be required to become an American citizen that way that legal immigrants became citizens. They also need to know how to speak English. Which happens to be the main language in this country.

    They should go through the legal process and not steal our jobs. Any illegals should be deported

    I think that the "illegals" should be treated like the other immigrants. That means they should get a visa or a green card.

    Okay? But how does this make it fair for the people that actually went through the whole process of becoming a citizen? Think about it, it takes an immigrant how ever long to become a citizen and then they find out "Hey if you would've came into this country illegally and stayed that way I would have granted you citizenship." Its fine that they want to come to this country and all but they should be treated the same as any other immigrant that's come to the US not get special treatment.

    I think that this reform is a good thing and that immigration should be easier. Our country was has only succeeded because of immigration and we shouldn't forget that.

    They are a drain on the economy and should have to become citizens. The border should be controlled better.

    I think that the illegal immigrants should have to go through the same process any other immigrant that is legal had to go through. its only fair. I don't understand why they should be given a "special ticket" into our country when they are illegal.

    I think any illegal immigrants should be allowed to stay in the country. I think the country needs to up the immigration laws.
