Best Original Score: The Bridge on the River Kwai (The Bridge on the River Kwai)

Best Adapted Screenplay: 12 Angry Men (The Bridge on the River Kwai)

Best Original Screenplay: Designing Women (Designing Women)

Best Supporting Actress: Miyoshi Umeki for Sayonara (Miyoshi Umeki)

Best Supporting Actor: Sessue Hayakawa for The Bridge on the River Kwai (Red Buttons for Sayonara)

Best Actress: Joanne Woodward for The Three Faces of Eve (Joanne Woodward)

Best Actor: Alec Guinness for The Bridge on the River Kwai (Alec Guinness)

Best Director: Sidney Lumet for 12 Angry Men (David Lean for The Bridge on the River Kwai)

Best Picture: 12 Angry Men (The Bridge on the River Kwai)

Multiple Winners: Sayonara, 12 Angry Men, (3), The Bridge on the River Kwai (5).

A bit more widespread, but it really is a top up between Angry Men and River Kwai.
