i agree with erin. it depends on your lifestyle and how you wnat to live. a lot of people dont actually get on a tredmil., but get enough exercise without running to exercise..
it really should depend on the specific person. and you should try and excercise whenever you have time to.
I've been exercising more often lately, like walking my dog a mile and riding my bike a mile. it really helps, but not everyone gets teh same results
